Well i speak spanish because my family is mexican and i’m a latina. But you could get a tutor. Don’t try books there useless when you don’t even know what your reading or saying. Tutors are the best choice.

You could meet someone that speaks spanish and ask them to teach you if they are nice enough.

You could also get yourself a dictionary and watch movies, books, music in Spanish. Be sure that when you watch the movies or listen to music you have subtitles or lyrics to accompany it. It should help you out with the pronunciation and to see how they construct sentences etc. Specially if you read it as well. Familiarize your ear with the sounds and the vowels, your R’s might be a difficulty in the beginning but if you train enough you might get it.

Also I would recommend moving to a Spanish speaking country, and living there for a while, that would make you learn it.
